AL KUTHBAN has total head count of 36 of which 6 are technical & office staffs employees, while 30 are the work force on site. The office staff is organized into various units, while the labor force is divided into working teams (by occupation) All workers are screened and rigorously tested prior to admission to AL KUTHBAN. Specific skill tests are conducted based on the qualification of each labor (whether skilled or unskilled). In addition, labor evaluations are conducted to ensure the maintenance of high quality labor force. All site works by the labor force are conducted under close supervision.
